How we build software differently
UAE HR has a reputation problem. 2. WPS that just works
Every UAE bank publishes its own SIF format and quirk. Emirates NBD, Mashreq, ADCB, FAB — they all want slightly different column orders, padding rules, and validation conventions. We test against every major bank schema before each release. If MoHRE rejects a SIF generated by Peoplifi for a format reason, we treat it as a Sev-1 incident and fix it that day.

Article 51 EOS gratuity, MoHRE quotas, GPSSA contributions, Ramadan hours, summer-midday-break enforcement, UAE PDPL data protection — these are table stakes. 4. Privacy by default
We do not sell data. We do not use customer payroll, time, or biometric records to train AI models. Biometric templates stay on the punch device — Peoplifi only stores hashed events. We comply with UAE PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and our DPA covers cross-border data transfers under the law's adequacy framework.
